Campus Store Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Campus Store Assistant who will perform clerical functions associated with the functionality of the Campus Store, assists with ordering textbooks and merchandise, and processes purchase orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Various Campus Store tasks associated with sales floor operations.
• Calls in and processes purchase orders.
• Performs opening and closing procedures.
• Provides Retail Customer Service.
• Assists with Textbook Buy-Back.
• Assists with sales & banking activities.
• Assist with duties associated with Campus Store special assignments and/or marketing and promotions.
• May assist other Assistants and Clerks with their tasks.
• Keep the area clean and free of clutter as needed. This can include but is not limited to cleaning of tables and fixtures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Some College Experience; or at least six months related experience and/or training;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred.
