St. Charles Community College is looking for a Student Assistant to assist in the Institutional Assessment & Effectiveness (IAE) Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Update the IAE Portal and website.
- Preparation of power points, infographics, and/or newsletters.
- Data entry, inventory, simple data cleaning and chart/table/graph creation.
- Typing, proofreading, editing, researching, and summarizing information.
- Filing, organizing, scanning & making copies.
- Archiving documents and files.
- Mail merges.
Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:00pm
EXPERIENCE:
- Must be a current student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
