Student Assistant - Health Screener

St. Charles Community College is located just west of St. Louis, nestled in the heart of growing St. Charles County. Established in 1986, SCC is a public, comprehensive two-year community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs in the arts, business, sciences and career-technical fields. SCC also provides workforce training and community-based personal and professional development as well as cultural, recreational and entertainment opportunities.

We are seeking a part-time Student Workers to be part of the Building Access Team as a Health Screeners. The Health Screener is responsible for administering temperature checks and health related questionnaires to all employees, students and visitors to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Greet employees, students and visitors in a polite, professional and helpful manner.
• Screen the employees, students and visitors with a series of questions.
• Uses Infrared thermometer to obtain a temperature reading.
• Responsible for recording data at the entrance.
• Perform work safely, following all company policies and procedures

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Must be a current student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours.
