PB Continuing Education Instructor - Workforce Development Specialist

St. Charles Community College is seeking project-based resources to support various Workforce St. Charles Community College is located just west of St. Louis, nestled in the heart of growing St. Charles County. Established in 1986, SCC is a public, comprehensive two-year community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs in the arts, business, sciences and career-technical fields. SCC also provides workforce training and community-based personal and professional development as well as cultural, recreational and entertainment opportunities.

SCC is seeking experienced part-time, project-based candidates to assist business and industry partners. Ideal candidates will have experience in facilitating and training (on-site and remote) in an industrial environment as well as providing input related to process improvement and related implementation strategies. Specific knowledge/experience in but not be limited to:

• Computer Applications
• Leadership & Supervision
• Quality/Lean Topics
• Federal and Local Regulations and Safety Standards
• Technical Skills Topics
• Technical Writing and Instructional Design

Qualifications: 3-5 years of related experience with business and industry. Should possess strong attention to detail and leadership experience. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well with others.
