St. Charles Community College is located just west of St. Louis, nestled in the heart of growing St. Charles County. Established in 1986, SCC is a public, comprehensive two-year community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs in the arts, business, sciences and career-technical fields. SCC also provides workforce training and community-based personal and professional development as well as cultural, recreational and entertainment opportunities.

Our Corporate and Community Development Department is seeking a Project Support Specialist(s) (project-based) who will assist with the preparation and implementation of programs. This will include preparation and activities related to College for All Kids programs. Duties include, but are not limited to, support of project and instructional staff, internal and external communication and outreach, registration and scheduling, program set-up and implementation, collection and verification of required forms/information, and other support as needed.

Hours: Primarily between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday (However, hours may vary based on program requirements).

Qualifications: High school diploma required. Basic computer skills and experience working with children required. Some office experience preferred. Must be detail minded and organized.
